ALERT REGARDING HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
ALM does not have an official room block for vendors. ALM has seen an increase in 3rd party vendors contacting exhibitors and sponsors who are registered for this event to book hotel rooms at an elevated rate and possibly with any cancellation options.
We urge your organization to follow best practices and verify emails before clicking on any links to avoid scam emails. We recommend you call any hotel directly to make reservations to avoid any scam situations.

The Alabama League of Municipalities will hold one exhibiting event in 2025. Make your plans to join us in Huntsville. The expo schedule provides extended time for face-to-face interaction between attendees and exhibitors.

Exhibiting at a League event provides an excellent opportunity for municipal officials, employees, and guests to make valuable connections with your company's representatives.

Several options are available for reserving for exhibit space. Choose a standard 10’ x 10’ exhibit space, a custom exhibit space dimensions or equipment space.

  • 10’ x 10’ exhibit space is $1,250 and includes pipe and drape, 6' topped and skirted table, two side chairs, wastebasket, three representative name badges, and company identification sign. Additional representative name badges may be purchased for $150 each.
  • 20’ x 40’ equipment space is $3,000 and includes 6' topped and skirted table, two side chairs, wastebasket, six representative name badges, and company identification sign. Additional representative name badges may be purchased for $150 each.
  • Custom space price is based on exhibit space dimensions. Please call for more details.
