We are excited to announce the League’s annual graduation ceremonies will be held on October 20, and our Municipal Leadership Institute (MLI) will take place October 21-22, 2026 at the Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center in Mobile!
MLI provides municipal officials with an opportunity to learn from national, regional and statewide experts regarding timely issues focused on enhancing the quality of life in their communities. If you are a graduate of one of the League programs (CMO, ACE, DesignAL or EDA), you will receive an email from your program’s administrator with details about the ceremonies, reception and guests.
Registration Costs for Municipal Officials:

Members (officials whose municipalities are members of the League): $375

Nonmembers (officials whose municipalities are not members of the League): $425

Guests: $75 (non-refundable)
*Guests are considered as any individual who is not a municipal or public official, not affiliated with vendor companies and have no professional reason to attend MLI.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any cancellation(s) prior to September 7 will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Any cancellation(s) beginning on September 7 through October 9 will result in a 50% charge of the full registration fee. After October 9, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, if not cancelled by October 18, any attendee that has registered and not submitted payment will still be subject to their registration fees.
